Raystek Process Instruments LLP, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company is one of the leading manufacturers of High Quality Temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensors, Gauges & Accessories, Cables, Process Instruments under brand name RAYS. 

RAYS was incorporated in 1996 by our Founder, Director Mr. R. V. Patel as a proprietorship firm “M/s Rays Electro Engineer“. During 15 years of his services in the industry, he has sensed a strong requirement of good quality, custom-designed Temperature Sensors. He founded RAYS with a passion to provide high quality sensors.

Over the years, we have grown our product portfolio and customer base with expanding our manufacturing & technical capabilities and maintaining product quality and a customer oriented business model. Now, we have in-house metal cutting, shaping, machining, welding and finishing capabilities. We design and machine our own fittings, cases and assemble all the different parts. These support us in maintaining competitive costs and controlling quality.

Mr. Dhruv Navadiya, Second Generation Entrepreneur has joined the company in the year 2012 after completing his graduation in engineering. Currently, he is handling Sales and overall operations of the company.

At present, we have State-of-the-Art manufacturing facility, Research & Development facility, Testing and Calibration Lab all under one roof. Till now, we have designed and manufactured thousands of sensors as per customer requirements with superior performance at a lowest price. We understand the value of repeat business. Today 70 % of our total orders are repeat orders.

The proprietorship firm is converted into LLP Company “Raystek Process Instruments LLP” in the year 2021.

    The manufacturing area is spreaded over 6000 sq. feet. We are manufacturing over 1,00,000+ sensors annually.

    The manufacturing facility is supported by turners, assemblers and welders. Our Technical staff consists of R & D, Production supervisors, Q. C. & testing engineer. The Products are marketed by application & sales engineers. The entire operation is administered by techno-commercial personnels.
